I found this location after looking at it's reviews. And decided after I got here after a long ten hour drive to stay by the way I was treated by the friendly manager. It didn't disappoint and had fresh bedding, towels, soap, a spacious desk for my studies, and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Very pet friendly and no pet fee! This was a blessing. Please tell your family who is coming to #Tennessee that this is the perfect overnight spot! No noise, or smoke, or anything negative! God Bless this hotel.
We were traveling home from Michigan when we hit some nasty weather in Michigan and Ohio. Stopped here late to get some much needed rest. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel is for the fair pricing. The night shift staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. This place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend.
We always stay at this Red Roof when travelling I-75. Nice, clean, updated rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and a swimming pool. Just off the expressway and near lots of places to eat (we like the Gondolier right next door). All this at a fair price. Best Red Roof ever!
Just walked right in while in London, KY. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room had no bugs and was very clean. The building and rooms felt on the newer side. Bed was awesome! Slept through breakfast hours. Best 80 bucks ever!
We chose the Red Roof because of the good reviews. We were warmly greeted by the staff at check-in. She kindly invited us to the morning breakfast and explained when I called how to connect to wifi. I missed seeing it, but it was posted in the room. The room was quiet, very clean and had all the amenities we could need. We enjoyed the breakfast and hot coffee. When we checked out we were thanked and wished a safe trip. Later, down the road, I realized I had left my earpods and called the Inn. Roger answered the phone and when I explained he already knew what I had left and was willing to send it to me. He sent me a message to give him my address and double checked it, thankfully, because I had missed something. We would highly recommend the Red Roof as we had a restful stay and staff were so kind.
This hotel is super clean. Roger the owner makes you feel like family. We were traveling on motorcycles and parked right up front. Roger and Tim saw us off on our last day gave us big hugs. Tim and Andrea are awesome super helpful. The gazebo outside is awesome spent a lot of time at night out there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Best hotel in London
Very nice and clean hotel. I usually stay at Red Roof because they are pet friendly, but this time I didn't have my dogs because my final destination didn't allow them. Still I chose the price and the quality. Staff helpful, rooms and common area spotless. Plenty of restaurants close. Recommend!
Excellent place to stay! Close to I-75, very clean with up to date rooms and friendly staff! As I was getting morning coffee, the coffee ran out. Instantly the staff was there to replace the empty carafe with a full one. We always travel with our dog so having a nice place to stay with him is a huge bonus.
